Old School Pizza...  No you can not order online, that only works with standardized pizza that is normally frozen or mass produced and delivered. It tastes like the box it is delivered in.

 

Pizza Factory has the best pizza dough recipes in the business, our pizza sauce is legendary and has been satisfying discerning pizza lovers since 1978.

 We grind our cheese so we know the quality is always the highest. When our pizzas come out of the oven, our crust is crisper, but not burnt.  We use a commercial confection oven with a conveyor screen belt. Our baking is all about precision  temperature, time the oven, with hot air circulating around the pizza to cook it all perfectly. We start with a proven dough recipe that has all ingredients pre-measured to insure quality. We only use 25 pounds of flour in each small batch. This is to make sure the dough ages perfectly; this aging process is how you get a light thin crust pizza. In other words fresh dough does not make good pizza. Especially thin crust New York Style.
